Comments

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you use the contact form you are required to fill in your name and email address. We will also collect your IP address and browser agent to help in spam detection. This data will only be used to respond to your query. If your query requires no response, your data will be deleted within 7 working days. We will not use this data to send marketing emails.

This is a self-hosted WordPress site. We mainly use third party applications to collect data. However, WordPress do collect the data you put into the comment form; your name, email address and website, if entered. Babe street Kitchen is dedicated to safeguarding your personal information. By default we do not share, sell, rent or trade your personal data with anyone. However, these authorised third party applications or providers may use certain data to provide functions on our behalf.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
